Notification of Incident

Claim process – please follow every step in order to submit a claim:-

  1. Complete Notification of Incident (“NOI”) form below (even if you have already made contact with the assistance company). This then allows you up to 3 months to submit your full claim form for consideration.
  2. You will receive an automated e-mail once an NOI form is submitted which includes an NOI number; this you can use for the guarantee of payment of local bills, the e-mail provides more details on how this works.
  3. Next you must complete a full claim form and send to the address on the front and back of the form or to, including all relevant documentation.
    Please note: no action is taken by Insurers until this claim form is received.
  4. You will then be contacted by loss adjusters within 5-7 days on receipt of a completed claim form.
